Apache is a very striking potato. Small and round with a warm red skin dotted with cream. Scrubbed and cooked whole, Apache makes a delicious change from traditional roast spuds. The contrasting colours stay bright is blanched before roasting whole in their skins. The flavour is almost like a sweet, buttery chestnut.
